Some Common Issues with skin

Our skin is the most important part of our body. Issues with skin can arise during any course of time. Proper care of skin is a very essential part of our day to day life and it becomes even more important in today's modern lifestyle. A lot depends on your facial expression in various parts of our life. Whenever any irregularity appears on the skin, our priority is to remove the flaws on our skin. Most common of which are wrinkles, acnes and dark circles beneath the eyes. Finding the proper treatment for the skin issue considering your skin type, climate and extent of exposure to the skin is important.

Drying of skin:
Drying of skin is often a result of extreme climatic conditions and climatic conditions. Lack of nutrition and absence of Antioxidants, Vitamin A and Vitamin E in the body also results in inducing a permanent dryness on skin. Taking plenty of fluids, fruit juices and a nutrient rich diet helps in avoiding this problem. Proper moisturization before going out in the sun and breeze would act as skin defense mechanism.

Wrinkles:
Wrinkles are a result of inefficiency of sebaceous glands to fill in the spaces of the skin. Although wrinkles are generally sign of aging however wrinkles can appear in younger age as well due to various other factors. Exposure to sunlight is a prominent cause of showing up of wrinkles. As mentioned with skin drying lack of nutrition also results in wrinkles on skin. Foods which are rich in antioxidants suppress the free radicals and therefore their effects on the skin. Vitamin C and Vitamin E support the production of collagen and hence contribute to elasticity of skin. It is always recommended apply sunscreen to the exposed skin before going out in direct sunlight.

Acne:
Acne is a skin disorder commonly found in adolescence and it continues to appear till adult age. Acne can be categorized into various categories most common of which are black head and white head. The black head and white head are a result of widened hair follicles which develop into acne. It is resultant of excess production and accumulation of oils into the sebaceous glands. The acne is often inflammatory and itching persists for a period of time. If your skin is prone to acne it is advised to wash and clean your face with cleansers to remove greasy layer accumulated over the face after exposure to dirt and dust. It is also recommended to keep your body hydrated by drinking lots of fluid.
