There are millions of people who love desi food, but can't deal up ghee for olive oil.
Well here is good news for them that Indian food can be a delicious as well as healthy at the same time but you need to include the following things in your daily diet and you will find yourself on the path to good health.
1. Cardamom:
Cardamom is beneficial for digestive process. It also helps the body to break down and assimilate nutrients. Cardamom is known to boost the metabolism and burns the fat which helps in weight loss. Toss in a few cloves of cardamom in your evening tea for a steamy cup of good health.
