Coffee and Tea are the most preferred beverages all around the world. Tea and coffee have ingredients that refresh mind, body and soul. Coffee as a beverage has a bitter flavour with Dark brown, beige, black and light brown in colour. It is the treated as healthy drink by most of the people and is consumed regularly on daily basis. It improves metabolic rate in the human body with increased levels of energy. The presence of caffeine in coffee helps in keeping the brain alert and working faster.

It prevents healthy cholesterol turning unhealthy and fatal to the heart. Coffee has cafesol that increases the cholesterol level that is harmful to heart. However, Decaffeinated Coffee is quiet helpful and prevents heart attacks. Tea has EGCG and theaflavin that reduces the growth of cancer where as coffee with high level of caffeine has a risk factor of cancer. Excess caffeine causes anxiety and if pregnant woman consume coffee, the new born are likely to have nervous nature. Sometimes excess caffeine also causes indigestion and heartburn where as tea helps to reduce indigestion problems by flushing out the fatigue.
Tea also has caffeine but in fewer portions and it does not affect adversely in long run on health as the Coffee does to some extent. Tea is always better than coffee as it gives you inner strengths and lets you fight against many diseases but preferably an herbal tea. There are many medicinal uses of teas like curing loose motions, decreasing obesity, remove Phlegm in the body, removing wrinkles on face, cure lethargy and sleepiness.
Herbal tea is the most stimulating beverage which has lot of benefits in health point of view. They help in a subtle way by reducing many health problems that are faced by people. Overweight is the major problem that is faced by many people today. Taking of herbal tea can help them to reduce their weight.
